Introducing Inverness Cycle Studio

Inverness Cycle Studio is the Highland’s FIRST AND ONLY dedicated indoor cycling studio based in the heart of Inverness.

Independently run by Drew and Scott, our dedicated studio offers you a comfortable environment to train on state of the art bikes.

All our classes are a mix of endurance and high-intensity interval training to build fitness and burn calories like never before, while also providing beginners classes for those who are initially unsure……..but we know, once you have a try, you will be as addicted as us!

Train with our inspirational and motivational instructors, share energy of group workouts and challenge yourself to reach new fitness goals, no matter your level.

Don’t waste your money on a gym membership you never use, our pay as you go philosophy allows you to pay and use the facility whenever you want.

Freestyle Cycle

Freestyle indoor cycle classes are one of the best workouts that pretty much anyone can do!!…. 45 minutes on a stationary bike that will involve a mixture of bike fitness.  From hill climbs to stamina speed drills, power bursts of sprint training. 

30 minute Express Cycle

High intensity interval training!!! 30 minute class.  Get the most our of your workout with this high calorie burn class.  When the pace or hill ramps up you decide the intensity level and smash it!!

Beginners Cycle

If you have not participated in an indoor cycle class we recommend starting with a beginners class.  We will help you with your bike set up and what intensity to start at.  We will tone down the intensity compared to other classes. 

Super Circuits 

Whole body workout using a variety of resistance and body weigh exercises.  Inside and outside training!!!!! A selection of options from your instructors makes this suitable for any fitness level.
